Hope you  enjoyed your Thanksgiving! I am thankful for family and friends who give me unconditional love and support. After placing in the top twenty at the Fitness America Pageant 14 months after my son was born, I am pleased to know I am still in the game. However, I also have learned to take more time for preparation and planning.
