Tiffany's personal
mission statement is simple: Be a positive role model who exemplifies
fitness, intelligence and integrity.
Tiffany R. Pristelski is a teacher and varsity tennis coach at
Ramstein High School in Germany. She taught high school literature
four years in Idaho and appreciated the positive experience of
working with such intriguing students and a supportive staff.
Tiffany has been coaching gymnastics nearly fourteen years and
dedicates much of her time to the high school, local youth center
and surrounding community. She enjoys challenging the youth in
every facet of adolescence and demonstrating her discipline as
a top fitness competitor.
As a writer for Bodybuilding.com, Tiffany hopes to gain additional
writing opportunities within the fitness industry. She is a state
gymnastics champion, a high school regional diving champion and
was selected as Miss West Jordan, Utah 1990-1991. Tiffany received
her Bachelor of Art's degree from the University of Utah in 1998.
She was on the Dean's list, competed as a collegiate athlete for
Southern Utah University and was awarded a scholarship to study
abroad.
Tiffany's personal interests mainly lie in the outdoors, a place
of adventure and passion for her. She enjoys hiking, horseback
riding, swimming, diving, dancing, reading and writing poetry.
Tiffany feels her success in life and in her career directly relate
to her mental discipline and physical work ethic. She believes
whole-heartedly in the idea of a happy balance in life's opportunities:
"One must enrichly delve in mind and body," she teaches
and coaches pushing this philosophy.
Tiffany Pristelski realizes the significance of role models and
mentors and strives to represent the importance of fitness as
well as an eclectic and diversified lifestyle.
