Autumn is here and change is in the air! I am a new mom! My husband and I are elated to have Jacek Zachary in our lives! Undergoing a C-section was not what I had imagined yet I am glad our son came into this world healthy
and safe. After just celebrating my 34th birthday, I am reminded that we
cannot turn back the clock. Thus, I am enjoying each day and savoring
precious simple moments. Happy training!
